This document applies to the “Pix Plot” mobile app , referred to as the
“App”, “we”, or “us”. If you are using a different brand name, replace “Pix Plot” with your official name.

If you have questions, contact us at: support@bakeory.com

1) Overview

The App is a personal memory journal. It lets you create profiles, add stories, attach photos, and render them
into visual timelines you can save or share. The App is designed to store your content locally on your device.
We do not operate a custom backend for storing your profiles, stories, or photos.

2) Data We Collect

We collect only what is needed to provide the App’s features:

A) Data you create inside the App

  • Profiles: name and optional avatar image.
  • Stories: title and start date.
  • Timeline sections: labels, dates, ordering.
  • Photos: files you pick, plus metadata you add or edit (title, timestamp, crop settings).

B) Data the App reads from your device

  • Photos you explicitly select from your photo library.
  • EXIF timestamps (date/time) from selected photos to prefill dates.

C) Purchase and subscription data

  • Subscription payments and premium access are handled through a third-party service provider. We share only the minimum information required to process transactions and maintain your subscription status.
  • Apple App Store / Google Play handle payments and provide us entitlement status.

D) Device permissions

  • Photos/media access: to select and save images.
  • Notifications: to schedule optional reminders.

3) Data We Do Not Collect

  • We do not require an account.
  • We do not collect your precise location.
  • We do not run advertising or third-party ad tracking in the App.
  • We do not upload your personal content (profiles, stories, photos) to our servers.

4) Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored locally in the App’s sandbox on your device. This includes:

  • A local database file containing profiles, stories, timeline sections, and photo metadata.
  • Photo files and thumbnails copied into the App’s local storage.

Note: Local storage is protected by your device’s OS sandbox. It is not end-to-end encrypted by the App. If
your device is backed up to iCloud or Google Backup, those backups may include App data per your device
settings.

5) How We Use Data

  • Display your profiles, stories, and timelines.
  • Organize photos into chronological sections.
  • Export or share timeline images when you request it.
  • Enforce free vs premium limits and unlock premium timeline styles.
  • Schedule optional reminders (if enabled).

6) Sharing and Exporting

  • The App creates one or more image files and saves them to your device or passes them to the system share sheet.
  • Any third-party app you share to will process the content under its own privacy policy.

7) Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate the App:

  • Apple App Store / Google Play: payment processing and subscription management.
  • RevenueCat: subscription and entitlement management. RevenueCat may collect device identifiers and purchase-related data to validate entitlements.

We do not control these services. Review their privacy policies for details.

8) Notifications

Reminders are optional. If you enable them, the App schedules local notifications on your device. Notification
content is generated on-device. We do not send notification content to a server.

9) Data Retention and Deletion

Your data remains on your device unless you delete it. You can:

  • Delete individual photos, stories, or profiles inside the App.
  • Clear the App’s storage or uninstall the App to remove all App data.

If your device is backed up, backups may still contain App data until those backups are overwritten or deleted.

10) Security

We rely on the operating system’s application sandbox and file protections to keep your data safe. No security
system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11) Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you are a
parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will
help you delete it.

12) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated”
date at the top of this document.
