This document applies to the “Pix Plot” mobile app , referred to as the
“App”, “we”, or “us”. If you are using a different brand name, replace “Pix Plot” with your official name.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal,
non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store rules.

3) Ownership of Content

You own your photos and content. You grant us a limited license to process your content locally on your device
solely to provide App features (displaying, organizing, and exporting timelines).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any photos or content you upload or share.

4) Acceptable Use

  • Use the App for illegal or infringing activity.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
  • Circumvent subscription or premium feature restrictions.

5) Subscriptions and Purchases

Premium features may require a subscription or one-time purchase.

  • Payments are processed by Apple or Google.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in your App Store or Google Play account.
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple/Google policies.
  • Use “Restore Purchases” in the App if you reinstall or change devices.

6) Availability and Changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We will try to maintain continuity, but
we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7) Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That the App will always be available or error-free.
  • That exported files or device storage will not be lost.
  • That third-party services will remain available.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages, including loss of data or content, resulting from your use of the App.

9) Third-Party Services and Links

The App may link to or rely on third-party services (e.g., RevenueCat, Apple, Google). We are not responsible
for their actions, policies, or availability.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the PixPlot application at any time
by uninstalling it.

11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated
Terms.
